Damian J. Arguello is an adjunct professor of Insurance Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He has also taught insurance and insurance law courses as faculty to the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, Education in Motion, the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Clear Law Institute, Strafford Publications, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
For many years, Damian Arguello has helped insurance agents and brokers develop and implement errors & omissions prevention programs and has handled numerous errors & omissions claims both in his work as an insurance brokerage claims manager and as an insurance law attorney. He uses this experience in the insurance and legal industries to speak to provide risk aversion seminars to insurance professionals covering hot topics such as current trends in insurance litigation. Arguello also partner with insurance professionals to provide educational training seminars to their commercial policyholder clients on the contractual aspects of insurance policies, from the perspective of an insurance lawyer.
